I love lobsters, this is one of my favorite seafood. Whenever I go to seafood restaurants, I always ordered lobster tails.

The end of the year is a season to treat yourself to excellent seafood; The festive season is fun, fun, and delicious food, so let's add the lobster tails to your dinner or entertainment.

Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

INGREDIENTS

6 lobster tails are oiled (see text for instructions)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
5 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon minced parsley plus more for garnish
lemon wedges
food spray
1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the roasting pan. Cover the pan with a cooking spray and place the lobster tails on the pan.
  2. Place the oil, garlic, parsley, paprika and salt in a small bowl. Microwave in increments of 20 seconds until the butter melts. Shuffle to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture of oil over the lobster tails.
  4. Fry for 10 minutes or until lobster meat is opaque.
  5. Microwave the reserved oil mixture for 10-20 seconds to heat it again. Lubricate the butter with cooked lobster.
  6. Sprinkle with additional parsley for garnish and serve with lemon slices on its side
