BONELESS PORK CHOPS

BONELESS PORK CHOPS

INGREDIENTS

Center boneless pork chops 15 ounces (3 pork chops)
salt
ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon chopped Italian parsley, for decoration
Honey Sauce:
2 1/2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of warm water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3 dash of cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and ground black pepper on either side of the pork. Combine all the ingredients in honey-garlic sauce. Move to team up well.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet (preferably) over high heat. Add vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the pork chops to the pan and fry each side of the pork in a pan, continuously, for 3-4 minutes each or until the surface turns brown. Flip to the other side and repeat the same.
  3. Press the pork chops on one side of the pan, add the remaining oil. Add the garlic and fry for 10 seconds, or until they turn light brown. Add honey-garlic sauce, cook to reduce the sauce to a thicker consistency or until the sauce turns amber brown. Put the sauce on the pork chops. Turn off the heat, decorate with parsley and serve immediately.
